1 part pineapple juice (can be substituted with any juice, i.e. pomegranate)
3 parts sparkling water
Fresh mint from the garden
Combine pineapple juice and sparkling water in a large pitcher. Stir and pour into glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of clementine and fresh mint from your garden.
